Information on this website about services, service areas, and processes is provided in good faith and is subject to change. All service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Premier Hickory Concrete and the customer.
Any pricing information on this website is general and informational only. Actual project costs depend on site conditions, scope of work, materials, and other factors that can only be assessed during an in-person estimate. Cancellation terms in that contract govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms and Conditions.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract for each project. We typically require a deposit prior to scheduling and the balance upon completion, as outlined in the individual contract. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of contract signing.
Late or missed payments may result in work stoppage and additional fees as specified in the project contract. Premier Hickory Concrete reserves the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with North Carolina law for unpaid balances.
Premier Hickory Concrete will obtain required permits for work that falls under local permit requirements, as agreed upon in the project contract.
